Museum’s in Bath

The Holburne Museum is a grade 1 listed building that was originally built as a grand hotel for Bath’s 18th-century elite. The museum now houses a treasure trove of renaissance artifacts, including paintings by Gainsborough, porcelain, and sculpture. In the impressive former ballroom, the silver and china are laid out as though ready for a banquet, sparkling under a crystal chandelier.
