“Winter’s Wisdom – an evening of colour & craft” with Helen Baker

Price: £Suggested donation of £15 which includes a complimentary drink on arrival and, of course, a very warm welcome.

Helen Baker is a local colour consultant, craftivist and a Wisdom Space Elder. During this gathering, we’ll be embracing our creativity and celebrating the beauty of the winter season. We are all born with extraordinary powers of creativity and imagination and this workshop is for everyone – especially if you are reading this telling yourself that you are not creative!

Helen will enlighten us about the power of colour as we make mini flower and leaf lanterns using locally foraged and pressed flora. As we face into growing darkness, these lanterns can provide moments of light, reflection and illumination.

The Wisdom Space is a community interest company run as a not-for-profit. This suggested donation covers our costs and helps to fund a bursary for those unable to otherwise join our events and to support community projects. We are grateful for ALL donations, however big or small so please donate whatever you can afford. We want these to be accessible for people on-going regardless of circumstances.
