“Solstice reflections: journaling to unlock the wisdom within” with Michelle & Sue from The Wisdom Space.
The Solstices offer poignant moments for self-reflection and to align with nature’s rhythms. They occur when the sun reaches its highest or lowest position in the sky, resulting in the longest or shortest day of the year. Each Solstice has its own distinct energies and themes providing natural prompts for contemplation. They also symbolise the interplay between light and dark, growth and decline, and the cyclical nature of existence. In so doing, the Solstices offer a perfect opportunity to journal as we look back over the last six months and set intentions for the months ahead.
This peaceful evening will be facilitated by Michelle & Sue from The Wisdom Space as well as Art Psychotherapist Sam Hickman. Using a combination of meditation, silence, journaling, creative tools and conscious conversation, you will be guided to deepen your inner wisdom within a supportive community. Journaling is a tool with many benefits. It provides a safe space to explore thoughts and process emotions, helping us to raise consciousness and support our emotional well-being.
Whether you are new to journaling, a seasoned wordsmith, or even prefer to draw, this event is accessible to all. So grab your favourite journal and pen (or two!) and join us on a transformative journey of self-reflection and seasonal awareness.
