Join us for a transformative six-week journey as we cultivate the roots of well-being and grow stronger together through a series of practical and easy-to-understand online masterclasses on wholistic health. Just as a tree draws nourishment from the earth, we too will explore the essential roots for human flourishing, particularly in today’s challenging times. Many of us feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and exhausted, often believing we have no time for self-care. But you don’t have to navigate this alone! With the abundance of information and conflicting advice on health and well-being, it’s also vital to seek guidance from trained professionals who can provide clarity and support.

 

Course Facilitator
Sue Judge is a highly experienced naturopathic nutritional therapist (Dip CNM) and wholistic wellbeing coach with over 20 years in the field. She holds advanced qualifications in nutrition and cancer from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), along with expertise in facilitation skills, Sports and Fitness Gym Instruction, and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA). Currently, Sue is completing her training in ecopsychology with The Natural Academy, enriching her holistic approach to health. She is a Director at The Wisdom Space and runs Sue Judge Wholistic Health.

 

What You Will Learn
In this course, you’ll discover the essential practices and insights needed to foster your well-being.

Each week, you’ll engage in dynamic discussions and practical activities focused on key areas that support our growth, this allows us to connect with others and build sustainable relationships. There will be time for reflection so we can develop the ability to respond rather than just react, and have that pause in your week for you.

Topics Covered
Week 1: Nutrition: Understand the foundations of nourishing your body, just as roots stabilise a tree enabling it to be resilient.
Week 2: What impedes our health: Explore different modalities that enhance your vitality and energy.
Week 3: Emotional Resilience: Learn strategies to build resilience and effectively cope with life’s challenges.
Week 4: Self-Care: Discover simple practices that rejuvenate and replenish your spirit.
Week 5: Creativity: Explore different ways to ignite your creative spark and bring joy.
Week 6: Environments: Learn how to create spaces at home and work environments for better wellbeing.

Dates: Every Wednesday for six weeks, beginning January 8th, 2025
Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
