+ This workshop is designed for individuals (adults 18yrs+) who have completed at least one throwing course and are ready to refine their practice. Participants will receive tips to improve their technique and expand their throwing repertoire with specific forms. This workshop is not suitable for complete beginners.

+ Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any accessibility requirements (such as being differently abled, reduced mobility, neurodiverse etc) or health issues that we need to be aware of (such as balance issues, low blood pressure, allergies etc).

+ Workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable without exception. Please check you can attend the date/time before booking as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards, and we can’t reimburse you or offer catch-ups for a missed session. We are a small business and need classes to run at full occupancy so we can keep the lights on and our bellies full!
