The workshop is seasonal and will focus on fermentation of vegetables and fruits available at the time of year.
Under the guidance of Head Chef Matthew Briddon, learn all you need to know about fermenting the best of the season’s vegetables and fruits to make your own drinks, kimchi, sauces and more.
The day includes refreshments, a delicious lunch in Iford Manor Kitchen’s restaurant and all materials and ingredients required for the course.
