My breathwork classes are suitable for complete beginners. I will guide you through a series of different breathing exercises, all with their own benefits and subtleties. Amazing for lowering stress levels and improving sleep, breathwork is one of the most powerful and underrated modalities for improving mental health and just feeling like shinier, happier people.
