Have you ever wanted to be able to make your own pasta? Taking place in our restaurant, this small, hands-on masterclass is perfect for anyone interested in learning to make their own pasta and sauces from scratch.
The day will consist of a hands-on demo with head chef Matthew Briddon who will show you how to make, shape, stuff and cut fresh pasta, as well as a selection of accompanying sauces and garnishes.
Throughout the day, you will learn how to make 12 different fresh pasta shapes including Pappardelle, Raviolis, Fettuccine, Pici, and a selection of sauces and pestos to compliment.
The day includes refreshments, a delicious 2-course lunch in Iford Manor Kitchen’s restaurant, and all materials and ingredients required for the course.
