Join ceramic artist Rachelle Corker for 6 weeks of hand-building in clay, suitable for complete beginners and improvers alike.
You’ll learn traditional hand-building pottery and sculpting techniques using stoneware clay and put them into practice on your own self-directed projects.
You’ll also have plenty of opportunity to explore surface decoration using tools, slips, oxides and glazes. Your expert tutor Rachelle will be on hand to help you realise your creative vision, offering advice and guidance along the way, plus an extra pair of hands when needed for the tricky bits!
Suitable for complete beginners to those who’ve attended hand-building classes before and are looking to practice and improve their technique on their own self-directed projects.
