The 2 AA Rosette restaurant at Woolley Grange is open to residents and non-restaurants. Jethro Lawrence, BBC Masterchef: The Professionals Quarter-Finalist, leads a talented team, creating flavoursome, fresh flavours. Much of the produce for the restaurant is grown in the extensive 14 acre grounds…it’s more about wheelbarrow yards here than food miles! Afternoon tea is a delight in this timeless Jacobean manor house, with freshly baked scones, cakes and delicious sandwiches. There’s even a special, and very reasonably priced, children’s tea, complete with jelly and icecream and a babychino or hot chocolate.
Residents can choose family dining or opt for Children’s High Tea and then dine a deux later, making use of the hotel’s complimentary baby listening service, or, at weekends and in holidays, the older Children’s Cinema Club. Residents can also benefit from two hours of free childcare in the Ofsted registered nursery for every night stayed.
